Support card Concept Office (per hour)

With a support card, you receive Concept Office support via telephone (TeamViewer). The credit will be debited according to the support time purchased by you, with a rounding off of 5 minutes.

You will receive a written report about the spent support time when your credit balance is less than 30 minutes. You will receive a new quote to upgrade your support credit.

The support credit will not expire, it will remain until you have used all of it. If anything is unclear, please contact us without obligation.
